Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute product vision in alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Build and maintain a roadmap reflecting market trends, customer feedback, and business objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, ETL, design, and sales teams to ensure product features are well-defined and prioritized.
• Gather and analyse customer and partner insights to drive product improvements and new features.
• Write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and maintain a well-groomed backlog.
• Support development teams by clarifying requirements and ensuring feasibility.
• Track and analyse product performance, using SQL and other tools to validate workflows and inform decisions.
• Conduct market and competitive research to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior product team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience as a Product Owner in a SaaS environment.
• Strong SQL skills for troubleshooting, validation, and reporting.
• Experience with SaaS integrations (e.g., Salesforce, APIs, workflow automation tools like Zapier/n8n).
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience working in Agile environments with multi-sprint structures.
• Background in B2B SaaS, partner/vendor ecosystems, or channel sales preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
