Technical Skills:

• Experience with Zoho Platform
  • Proficient in using Zoho applications such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow, Zoho Books, and Zoho Analytics.
  • Experience in customizing Zoho applications, creating custom modules, fields, workflows, and automation.
  • Strong knowledge of Deluge (Zoho’s scripting language) for automation, workflows, and custom functions.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and API integrations.
  • Experience working with REST APIs and webhooks to integrate Zoho with external applications.
  • Hands-on experience with Zoho Analytics customization.
• Database and Data Handling
  • Understanding of databases and experience in data migration, data mapping, and data handling within Zoho.
  • Familiarity with data import/export tools and techniques for CRM and ERP solutions.
• Responsibilities
  • Develop and customize Zoho applications (CRM, Creator, Books, Analytics and Marketing etc.).
  • Integrate third-party systems using APIs.
  • Create and manage automation workflows.
  • Maintain and optimize existing Zoho setups.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Collaborate with teams to implement efficient solutions.

Technical Skills:

• Zoho Certifications (if any) or a strong track record with Zoho implementations.
• Project Management experience, with knowledge of Agile or SCRUM methodologies.
• Experience in Custom CRM Solutions
  • Background in implementing custom CRM or ERP solutions tailored to business processes across various industries is a plus.
