Team Lead (Full Stack Development)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Drive end-to-end ownership of projects, including design, development, deployment, and support.
• Architect, design, and implement scalable solutions using .NET framework, ASP.NET Core, C#, Web API, Angular 14+, and MS SQL Server.
• Ensure code quality, design patterns, and best practices are consistently applied.
• Optimize database queries and improve performance of SQL Server-based solutions.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins (or similar tools).
• Collaborate with product owners, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of features.
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support team growth.
• Work with AWS Cloud for deployment, scaling, and monitoring of applications.
• Manage Git/Bitbucket repositories and ensure proper branching, merging, and release management strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 7–10 years of total experience in software development.
• At least 5+ years of hands-on experience as a full-stack developer.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Team Lead or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong expertise in: .NET framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET Web API, C#, Angular 14+ (or higher), MS SQL Server, Entity Framework, SQL query optimization & performance tuning, Design Patterns & best coding practices.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and leadership abilities.
