Mike Reilly, Founder and CEO
Mike is responsible for leading the vision and growth of the company. Mike has spent time on both sides of the channel. In each role, Mike focused on making technology and people from different companies work better together. Most recently, Mike was Director – Worldwide Partner Service Enablement at VMware. Mike lead the development of a comprehensive solutions enablement framework designed to accelerate channel partners ability to sell and deliver VMware based solutions. VMware acquired Mike’s previous company, Foedus, which he co-founded with Craig Sieve. In four years, Foedus became the leading provider of virtualization based solutions in North America with over $25MM in annual revenue. Prior to Foedus, Mike created a solutions business unit for a large VAR on the east coast, growing annual revenues to over $20MM in three years.
Michael Sklar, Founder and President
Michael is responsible for marketing and alliances. Michael holds a diverse background of launching and building software companies that sell through the channel. Michael came from VMware, where he most recently served as Director of ISV Alliances. Initially he was Director– Strategic Sales Development, where he created a program for the global rollout of VMware Capacity Planner to the channel. Capacity Planner played a significant role in the growth of the company and is used today by thousands of VARs worldwide. VMware obtained Capacity Planner when they acquired Michael’s previous company AOG Inc., where he led sales and marketing. Before AOG, Michael managed venture capital investments and held interim leadership positions for several portfolio software companies that sold through the channel.
Pat Robitaille, CTO & VP Products & Services
Pat is responsible for delivery of products and services. Pat has spent her career making system works. Most recently, she led VMware’s successful implementations of Salesforce.com PRM system. In addition, she architected and managed the development of an Oracle-based analytics application that VMware uses to manage their global channel business. The application provides detailed insight into their channel business including program effectiveness and partner performance. Prior to VMware, Pat worked as CIO of several of Silicon Valley technology companies which included oversight of multiple large CRM and PRM implementations. In addition to her IT roles, Pat has also owned and managed several IT consulting practices that focused on CRM solutions.
Jackie Russ, CFO
Jackie is responsible for business operations. Jackie has held executive leadership positions for companies in multiple industries with a strong focus in technology. Jackie served as CFO / COO for MicroArts Inc., a leading Internet Marketing and Branding company. Prior to MicrosArts, Jackie was CFO / COO of Newmarket International Inc., the leading provider of sales software to the hospitality industry. During her tenure she oversaw the company’s growth from $4M to 40M in annual revenue and helped orchestrate the sales of the company. Jackie started her career at Arthur Andersen.
Craig Sieve, Founder, VP Vendor Partnerships
Craig is responsible for vendor partnerships. Craig has experience on both sides of the channel. At VMware Craig oversaw the creation of the Managed Delivery Partner Program, an international network of partners capable of delivering VMware services in cooperation with the company’s Professional Services Organization. Prior to VMware Craig was a co founder and COO of Foedus. In addition to overseeing operations he also shared responsibility for developing the companies’ solution offerings by identifying new technologies and managing the associated Vendor relationships. Before Foedus , Craig worked at a large New England based VAR, holding management positions in their sales and solutions organizations and helping the company to grow to over $100MM in annual revenue.
